Spoken Word Poetry
Below are some samples of spoken word poems... please be aware that while I have filtered these for the message the content is emotive and does contain some graphic images and language including some purposeful cursing. There is nothing gratuitous to the work presented here and since the class is a grade 12 elective class, I believe the students are mature enough to handle the content although they will be given the choice of whether to watch or not or watch only the first 3 clips (from the top left to right) and the bottom left one. If you are not the intended audience please check with your parents or teacher before watching all of the clips.
