Sample introduction paragraph - you may use this hook or do an original one of your own.
Some people just seem like they were born lucky but as Oprah Winfrey has said, "luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity". This sentiment is similar to the one offered by Malcom Gladwell in his book The Outliers. Gladwell presents the hypothesis that for a person to be truly successful, they need to be able to apply the formula Talent+Practice+Opportunity = Success (or expertise). Through its characters and events the movie Coach Carter demonstrates Malcom Gladwell's hypothesis. In Coach Carter the team mates (especially Damien Carter) demonstrate significant natural talent in the sport of Basketball, they practice and prepare for success by taking advantage of opportunities. All of these things in combination allow them to achieve personal and professional greatness.

Writing your Conclusion
The purpose of a conclusion is to remind your reader in a cohesive way of your main point and to reinforce how you have proved it.
To do this you restate (say again) what you said in your thesis but you use different language (as if you were saying it another way).
Below are some links to some sites that provide helpful hints on how to write an effective Conclusion:

A quick Conclusion sample .... but, please write you own.
When supreme success or "be[ing] all that you can be" (in a way that makes you better than others) is your goal the movie Coach Carter proves that Malcom Gladwell's Outliers pattern is the way to go about achieving that success. Coach Carter clearly proves that an individual or groups' best achievement can only be reached when they combine natural talent, which puts them ahead of others with access to support systems, in the form of caring and influential adults and friends in developmental years and dedicated preparation to help them meet their goal. This premise suggests that greatness is not out of reach of anyone as long their talents match their passions, desire and opportunity.
